I cannot add these controls from the toolbox of 2021.5
I get an error that the control(s) cannot be found.

Sorry the possible inconveniences. It's quite rare... that controls are included with some DecSoft plugins which are included out of the box with the installation of DecSoft App Builder. Can you see that plugins in the app's options -> App plugins? If not... please... try to uninstall the product and install it again. Then, please, post here if you continue having that problem or not.
